- Participate in and manage client engagements, contributing across various sectors
- Collaborate with partner, director, senior manager and client to determine FAAS strategy
- Ensure FAAS engagement teams understand client needs and expectations
- Timely delivery of projects in compliance with regulatory frameworks
- Work with other service lines to provide integrated service delivery
- Monitor performance of the team against budget
- Identify and communicate relevant trends, developments and key performance drivers
- Engage in business development activities and sales of new FAAS work
Requirements
- Flawless communication skills in English; Arabic is preferable
- Strong advisory (selling) mindset
- Strong technical skills and recognized cautious risk management ability
- Understanding of a client's industry and marketplace
- Strong management skills to lead teams, delegate, mentor, review performance and counsel employees
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
- Experience of managing teams and working on 2+ engagements simultaneously
- Demonstrate team mentoring skills
- Possess advanced experience in ICFR, Corporate Governance, Board Support
- Ability to lead a team and submit deliverables in line with agreed scope and client requirements
- Must possess relevant and valid qualifications such as CIA, ACCA, CRMA, GRCP, GRCA
- At least 6 years within a Big 4 environment

- EY's Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) assists clients with accounting and financial reporting challenges.
- The team provides insight and services to accelerate analytics, decision making and innovation for finance functions and corporate governance frameworks.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Participate in and manage client engagements across various sectors.
