Responsibilities
- Act as a performance consultant by assessing learning needs and diagnosing performance gaps
- Develop and execute learning, coaching, and performance enablement strategies aligned to Global Insurance priorities
- Design and implement blended learning solutions (ILT, virtual, eLearning, microlearning, assessments, job aids, coaching resources)
- Partner with business leaders, channel teams, and SMEs to strengthen insurance knowledge and sales effectiveness
- Support change management, program implementation, feedback collection, and reporting
- Use data, analytics, and AI tools to improve learning effectiveness, personalization, and efficiency
- Ensure content is accurate, compliant, and aligned to sales practices, regulatory requirements, and governance
- Enable trainers and coaches through structured guidance and train the trainer approaches
- Track and evaluate success measures including adoption, learning transfer, behavior change, and business impact
Requirements
- Post secondary degree or equivalent experience in adult learning, business, insurance, or related field
- Experience in learning design, performance consulting, change management and sales enablement
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of insurance products, channels, and regulatory environment
- Experience using learning technologies, analytics, and AI enabled tools
- Ability to influence, problem solve, and work in a complex, fast paced environment

Purpose
- Contributes to the overall success of the Global Insurance globally ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed in support of business strategies and objectives.
- Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
What you will be doing
- Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships.
- Act as a performance consultant by assessing learning needs, diagnosing performance gaps, and recommending solutions.
- Develop and execute learning, coaching, and performance enablement strategies aligned to Global Insurance priorities.

Qualifications
- Post secondary degree or equivalent experience in adult learning, business, insurance, or related field.
- Experience in learning design, performance consulting, change management and sales enablement.

- Knowledge of insurance products, channels, and regulatory environment.
- Experience using learning technologies, analytics, and AI enabled tools.
- Ability to influence, problem solve, and work in a complex, fast paced environment.
