What You Will Do

• Market Leadership: Demonstrate a profound understanding of the UAE Express and Logistics market to identify and capture emerging business opportunities.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a core team of 11 sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture that consistently exceeds targets.
• Strategic Oversight: Examine every layer of the sales funnel, from local ground-level prospecting to high-level executive reporting and pipeline management.
• Operational Synergy: Utilize your knowledge of freight forwarding to offer comprehensive solutions to clients, ensuring FedEx remains their end-to-end logistics partner.
• Business Acumen: Apply strong commercial insights to manage budgets, forecast revenue, and navigate the complexities of international trade.
• Collaborative Culture: Build seamless cross-functional relationships with Operations and Customer Experience teams to ensure the "FedEx promise" is delivered to every client.

What You Will Bring

• Experience: 3–5 years of proven success in a Sales Leadership role, preferably within the Express or Logistics industry.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the UAE’s unique commercial landscape and freight forwarding requirements.
• Leadership: A track record of managing diverse teams and driving professional development within a sales force.
• Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to represent FedEx at the executive level.
• National Talent: In support of the UAE’s national agenda, preference will be given to qualified UAE Nationals. We are committed to developing national talent in alignment with the Nafis program.
