Community Activation Strategy & Planning
- Drive the community activation strategy and annual plan for d3, ensuring a proactive and structured approach to bringing the ecosystem together.
- Prepare the scope of work for all community events and activations, ensuring each commences with a robust written brief, approved budget, and clearly defined KPIs and deliverables.
- Identify and develop proactive community activation opportunities including networking events, knowledge sharing sessions, panel discussions, and other initiatives that connect members of the d3 ecosystem in meaningful ways.

Coordination with Marketing
- Work in close daily coordination with the Marketing Manager, who is the primary contact between d3 and all relevant agencies.
- Provide the Marketing Manager with detailed briefs — covering events, activations, and tactical community campaigns — to enable the development of supporting marketing, social media, and campaign activity.
- Suggest content relevant to social media based on the activations and events plan; channel this through the Marketing Manager rather than directly to agencies or the digital team.
- Budget management is overseen by the Marketing Manager, and you will be required to work closely with Marketing to support budget planning and allocate costs across activations and campaigns.
Retail Support & Footfall
- Support retail performance within d3 by conceptualizing and delivering public facing events and activations designed to drive footfall and increase retail spend.
- Program events across both weekday and weekend slots to attract audiences outside of office hours and broaden d3's reach beyond its working community.
- Work closely with d3 retailers to understand their priorities, amplify their individual efforts, and propose community wide initiatives that create shared benefit and attract new audiences to the district.
- Act as a connector between retailers identifying opportunities for collaborative programming and cross promotion that strengthen d3's position as a retail and lifestyle destination.
Cross Park Collaboration
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with Destination, Community, and Marketing Managers across other TECOM parks.
- Meet regularly with counterparts to share learnings, align on upcoming programming, and identify opportunities for joint activations or collaborative community events.
- Facilitate cross park referrals where a community event, activation, or audience would benefit from visibility or participation across multiple destinations within the group.
Destination & Onsite Experience
- Oversee onsite branding, wayfinding, and site beautification in line with internal guidelines, ensuring the district presents as a destination for design.
- Ensure all onsite branding and wayfinding remain current, relevant, and enhances the overall customer journey within d3.
Community Communications
- Lead on monthly newsletter distributed to the d3 community and public databases.
- Ensure all communication requests from business partners and retailers are received and managed effectively.
- Collaborate with the PRM, Retail, and FM teams to ensure communication needs are met in a timely manner.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Arts, Design, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience, ideally within the regional art/design industry.
- Hands on experience in event production, operations, art curation, and programming.
- Strong communication, creative, customer focused, and results driven with strong planning, problem solving, and relationship building abilities.
