Studio Operations & Delivery

Lead the intake, prioritization, planning, resourcing, and delivery of creative services across Marketing & Communications.

Manage workflow, capacity, budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure work is delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

Establish and continuously improve processes, service standards, and operating practices that support effective creative delivery.

Team Leadership

Lead, coach, and develop a small in-house creative team.

Set priorities, manage workload, and foster a collaborative, accountable, and service-oriented culture.

Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Stakeholder Partnership

Partner with Marketing, Communications, executives, provincial partners, and business stakeholders to understand priorities and align resources.

Provide guidance on scope, timelines, production requirements, and delivery expectations.

Build trusted relationships that ensure creative services are responsive, effective, and aligned with business objectives.

Agency & Vendor Management

Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers, production partners, and other external vendors.

Coordinate briefs, timelines, approvals, and production requirements.

Balance internal and external resources to meet business needs while maintaining quality and creative integrity.

8-10 years’ experience managing creative projects in an agency, production, marketing, communications, or in-house creative environment.

Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder needs in a fast-paced setting.
