Construction Management
- Lead end-to-end construction activities from mobilization through completion and handover.
- Develop execution strategies, methodologies, and work plans.
- Plan and monitor civil, structural, MEP, and other engineering activities.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, method statements, and schedules.
- Manage manpower, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and resources.
- Establish priorities, work sequences, and execution plans.
- Monitor progress against schedules, milestones, and contractual commitments.
- Identify delays, risks, constraints, and productivity issues and implement corrective actions.
Coordination and Compliance
- Coordinate with project, design, planning, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, commercial, and other functions.
- Manage subcontractor compliance with contractual obligations, drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and schedules.
- Review and approve construction methodologies, method statements, inspection and test plans, and work procedures where authorized.
- Ensure compliance with approved designs, project specifications, applicable codes, and authority requirements.
- Lead meetings with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor quality and close inspections, NCRs, snags, and technical issues.
