About Dubai Holding Community Management

  • Dubai Holding Community Management (DHCM) is a premium community management services provider under Dubai Holding, established in 2021.
  • DHCM manages prestigious communities including Bluewaters, City Walk, Port de La Mer, Bvlgari Residences, JBR, and Business Bay Executive Towers, as well as iconic districts.

Role Purpose

  • The Manager Community Management oversees overall management, operations, and resident experience within assigned communities.
  • The role ensures effective implementation of community rules, efficient service delivery, and cultivation of a positive living environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and administration of assigned communities, ensuring high standards of maintenance, cleanliness, and security.
  • Manage service providers and contractors, ensuring adherence to SLAs for landscaping, cleaning, pest control, and security.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor condition of community assets and service quality.
  • Act as primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
  • Foster strong relationships with residents, promoting a sense of community and encouraging participation.
  • Prepare community budgets, oversee approved budgets including service charges and operational expenses.
  • Monitor expenditure against budget, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure timely collection of service charges and manage payment related queries.
  • Ensure residents and service providers comply with Community Rules and Regulations.
  • Manage and resolve violations or non compliance issues fairly.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external authorities.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Community Management professionals.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Property Management, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 10 years of progressive experience in community management, property management, or real estate operations.
  • At least 3 5 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
  • Strong understanding of community living concepts, owner association management, and local regulations.
  • Proven experience in managing service providers and overseeing community budgets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant property/community management software.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • Customer centric mindset with commitment to high resident satisfaction.
