Role overview
Rogers Bank is expanding its financial services team and is seeking a strategic, analytical leader for collections.
The role uses data, technology, and customer insights to improve portfolio performance, recoveries, customer outcomes, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Monitor portfolio performance, trends, risks, and opportunities and recommend recovery strategies.
- Use analytics and business insights to optimize collections across the customer lifecycle.
- Develop reporting, dashboards, forecasts, and business cases for decision-making.
- Lead collections modernization through automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and process optimization.
- Partner with Credit Risk, Compliance, Legal, Technology, Finance, and Operations.
- Evaluate and implement collections tools, technologies, and digital solutions.
- Support collections governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Manage third-party collections partners and support vendor performance and strategy.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in collections, credit risk, portfolio management, financial services, or customer operations, including leadership experience.
