- Drive product development from card art, collaterals, pricing, system functionality to digital onboarding
- Collaborate with cross functional teams (Marketing, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Technology) for seamless product delivery
- Lead product development initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring timely execution and budget adherence
- Prepare business cases, product papers, and approval documentation for governance forums
- Integrate customer feedback and usage analytics to refine product features
- Ensure all products comply with UAE Central Bank regulations and internal risk frameworks
- Track product performance metrics and recommend optimization strategies
- Support sales and distribution teams with product training and go to market strategies
Requirements
- Experience in product strategy and development within banking or financial services
- Knowledge of card schemes and value propositions
- Understanding of UAE Central Bank regulations and risk frameworks

Job Purpose
- To build best in class customer value propositions with a focus on affluent and super affluent customer segments.
- Ability to analyze value proposition economics and determine the right loyalty currencies including working with partners to build redemption capabilities.
