Job Purpose

Business Analysis and Requirements

• Capture and document detailed business and functional requirements from Wealth Management stakeholders.
• Analyze requirements to guide solution development and translate business needs into system functionality.
• Maintain a roadmap for system and process enhancements.
• Act as process owner for prioritization and backlog grooming.

Project and Process Coordination

• Work with operations and technology teams to improve workflows, user experiences, and process automation.
• Coordinate internal teams and stakeholders to deliver agreed initiatives on time.
• Provide transparency on process changes, risks, and dependencies.

Controls and Oversight

• Maintain SOPs, process documentation, and operational guidelines.
• Contribute to internal and external audits and support remediation actions.

Counterparty and IT Collaboration

• Liaise with external counterparties and review service delivery.
• Engage internal IT teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
• Mitigate risks caused by vendor or counterparty delays affecting project timelines.

Product Ownership

• Develop strong knowledge of Wealth Management products and processes.
• Define and manage product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
• Create user stories and acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
• Work across teams to deliver enhancements and drive continuous improvement.

Experience and Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in private banking, wealth management operations, business support, or middle-office functions.
• Exposure to governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, and technology or digital platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field.
• A master's degree is preferred.
• High proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of BI or reporting tools is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
