Training Program
- The six-month program provides structured learning, international qualifications, hands-on projects, coaching, and mentoring.
- The Foundation Phase covers fundamental banking knowledge.
- The Specialisation Phase focuses on project management training, mentoring, coaching, and skill enhancement.
- The Certification Phase involves obtaining international professional certifications.
Key Accountabilities
- Support project tracking and coordination across project initiatives.
- Assist in documenting business requirements, process flows, and project artefacts.
- Coordinate meetings and track action items and deliverables.
- Liaise with business, IT, operations, risk, and compliance stakeholders.
- Support user acceptance testing, project implementation, and post-go-live issue tracking.
- Contribute to change management activities such as communications and training.
Qualification and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in any major is suitable, while Banking and Finance specialization is preferred.
- A minimum GPA of 2.7 is required.
- Applicants should have graduated from 2024 onwards.
- The role is suitable for freshers or candidates with less than one year of experience.
- Fluent English is required.
- National service must be completed for male candidates.
Preferred Qualifications
- Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or Information Systems qualification is preferred.
- A good academic foundation in analysis and problem-solving is preferred.
- Exposure to Microsoft Office, Excel, Power BI, or basic SQL is preferred.
