We are seeking an experienced Manager of Business Intelligence & Systems Integration to lead the company’s evolution toward a more connected, insight-driven enterprise.
This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, business process automation, and enterprise systems—owning the strategy, execution, and culture shift required to turn disparate data and manual processes into a unified, high-impact platform for decision support.

What you’ll do:
Reporting to the CFO (and partnering closely with other executives), you will drive the roadmap for Business Intelligence, data governance, and systems integration.
You will ensure our technology platforms support scalable processes, actionable dashboards, and strategic insights while maintaining security, compliance, and reliability.
We are a fast-growing technology startup transforming our industry with innovative autonomous robotics and data-driven solutions.
As we scale, we are investing heavily in integrated systems, business process mapping, and data visibility to unlock better insights and decision making across every function of the company.
