About TECOM GROUP

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Contribute to business development strategy, plans and budgets.
  • Proactively achieve new & expansion targets through identifying markets and companies.
  • Direct lead generation activities and negotiate major deals with key clients.
  • Nurture new customers through networking and sales negotiations.
  • Analyze customer satisfaction results and make recommendations.
  • Focus on customer service and develop long lasting relationships.
  • Participate in promotional events to network with potential customers.
  • Develop and manage implementation of segment strategic plan.
  • Develop new business partnering relationships with key accounts.
  • Maintain relationships with business community through marketing events.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for client requirements.
  • Review continuous improvement of pre and post sales practices.

About You

  • 6 8 years of Business Management experience with business development and customer service.
  • Graduate degree in Business Management or equivalent.
  • Skills: Business Development, Negotiation & Persuasion, Customer Relations, Financial acumen.
