Job Purpose

  • dnata is a global air and travel services provider operating across 130+ airports in 34 countries.
  • Arabian Adventures is a leading DMC in the UAE, delivering tailor made travel, leisure and event solutions.
  • As Manager B2B Sales, you will lead Sales and Business Development teams, accountable for revenue growth and international commercial strategy.

In this role, you will

  • Develop and implement strategic client growth plans to retain and expand existing DMC clients while driving proactive new client acquisition across international markets.
  • Present and implement an annual business plan in line with the medium long term business strategy.
  • Lead and embed a strong sales oriented mindset across the business, aligning teams around clear commercial objectives.
  • Position the DMC as a leading player in the GCC region by strengthening market presence and developing strategic alliances.
  • Introduce, plan & attend networking events to develop and maintain professional relationships.
  • Accountable for the delivery, leadership and management of direct reports through development plans, training and mentoring.
  • Support expansion opportunities for the company in the UAE and the GCC region.

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements

  • Attested Bachelor's degree and 10+ years’ experience in Commercial/Sales within DMC or Tour Operations.
  • Extensive senior level experience in international sales, key account management, and business development within the DMC or tour operations sector.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding client portfolios, and securing new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing high value client accounts.
  • Strong commercial acumen with in depth knowledge of DMC products, services, market dynamics.
  • Ability to leverage market intelligence and sales data to identify opportunities.
  • Highly skilled in influencing, negotiating, and closing strategic commercial agreements.
  • Values driven leader who leads by example, fostering an inclusive, high performance culture.

You’ll have an edge if you have

  • Proficiency in Spanish or French.
