- Introduce, plan & attend networking events to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, franchises, suppliers, local authorities, and government officials
- Accountable for the delivery, leadership and management of direct reports and team through development plans, training and mentoring
- Support in pursuing expansion opportunities for the company in the UAE and the GCC region
- Actively embody, promote, and advocate the organisation's core values in all interactions
Requirements
- Attested Bachelor's degree and 10+ years' experience in Commercial/Sales within DMC or Tour Operations
- Extensive senior level experience in international sales, key account management, and business development within the DMC or tour operations sector
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding client portfolios, and securing new business opportunities
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing high value client accounts
- Strong commercial acumen with in depth knowledge of DMC products, services, market dynamics, and competitive landscape
- Ability to leverage market intelligence and sales data to identify opportunities
- Highly skilled in influencing, negotiating, and closing strategic commercial agreements
- Values driven leader who leads by example, fostering an inclusive, high performance culture

Job Purpose

- Part of the Emirates Group, Arabian Adventures is one of the UAE's leading Destination Management Companies (DMCs), delivering tailor made travel, leisure and event solutions.
- As a Manager B2B Sales, you will lead the Sales and Business Development teams, be accountable for delivering revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, expanding market share and driving Arabian Adventures' international commercial strategy.
In this role, you will
- Develop and implement strategic client growth plans to retain and expand existing DMC clients while driving proactive new client acquisition across international markets, identifying high value prospects, converting leads into long term partnerships, and delivering exceptional service to accelerate
- Present and implement an annual business plan in line with the medium long term business strategy which specifies how the defined sales target, client and customer propositions will be achieved.
- Lead and embed a strong sales oriented mindset across the business, aligning teams around clear commercial objectives, pipeline management, conversion performance, and accountability for revenue delivery.
- Position the DMC as a leading and indispensable player in the GCC region by strengthening market presence, elevating brand perception, and developing strategic alliances with key industry stakeholders and decision makers.
- Introduce, plan & attend networking events to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, franchises, suppliers, local authorities, and government officials to ensure that business opportunities are maximised.
- Accountable for the delivery, leadership and management of direct reports and team through development plans, training and appropriate mentoring, as well as coaching and motivation.
- Support in pursuing expansion opportunities for the company in the UAE and the GCC region.
- Actively embody, promote, and advocate the organisation's core values in all interactions, decisions, and work practices.
To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements
- Attested Bachelor's degree and 10+ years’ experience in Commercial/Sales within DMC or Tour Operations
- Extensive senior level experience in international sales, key account management, and business development within the DMC or tour operations sector
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding client portfolios, and securing new business opportunities
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing high value client accounts, with a focus on acquisition, retention, and long term revenue maximisation
- Strong commercial acumen with in depth knowledge of DMC products, services, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape
- Ability to leverage market intelligence and sales data to identify opportunities, shape commercial strategies, and drive business performance
- Highly skilled in influencing, negotiating, and closing strategic commercial agreements with internal and external stakeholders
- Values driven leader who leads by example, fostering an inclusive, high performance culture aligned with organisational values
- Proven ability to inspire, develop, and hold teams accountable while embedding organisational values into everyday performance
