- As a Management Trainee – Rooms, you will report to the Director of Rooms.
Your Role
- Undertake a structured 12 month development journey across rooms operations.
- Gain practical exposure to front office, housekeeping, and guest relations.
How You’ll Make the Place
- Support daily room operations and guest services.
- Assist in managing front desk, housekeeping, and concierge teams.
- Participate in training and development sessions.
- Contribute to guest satisfaction and quality assurance.
- Learn and apply hotel policies and procedures.
Could This Be You?
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
