- Execute current state assessments and gap analysis for governance, risk, compliance, and business continuity framework
- Develop governance, risk, and compliance strategy, roadmap, and executive initiatives
- Design operational model for governance, risk, and compliance management
- Develop institutional governance, risk management, compliance, and business continuity frameworks
- Prepare policies, procedures, manuals, and operational templates
- Contribute to risk register preparation and monitoring of treatment plans
- Execute Business Impact Analysis and threat/risk assessments
- Support preparation of business continuity, contingency, and disaster recovery plans
- Develop and maintain organizational compliance library
- Support preparation of authority matrix and internal control mechanisms
- Coordinate with departments and stakeholders, collect and analyze data
- Execute awareness programs and capacity building activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of experience in governance, risk management, compliance, or business continuity
- Experience in developing frameworks, policies, and procedures
- Preferred experience in consulting projects for government or semi government entities
- Preferred certifications: ISO 31000, ISO 22301, Compliance Certification, PMP

Job Objective
- Develop an integrated framework for governance, risk, compliance, and business continuity through preparation of frameworks, policies, procedures, registers, and operational templates.
- Support implementation of analytical and organizational activities in accordance with international best practices.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Execute current state assessments and gap analysis for the governance, risk, compliance, and business continuity framework.
- Develop governance, risk, and compliance strategy, roadmap, and executive initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
- Design and develop the operational model for governance, risk, and compliance management.
- Develop institutional governance frameworks, risk management frameworks, compliance frameworks, and business continuity frameworks.
- Support the governance of committees and the development of their charters.
- Prepare and develop policies, procedures, manuals, and operational templates.
- Contribute to the preparation and updating of the institutional risk register and departmental risk registers.
- Execute Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and conduct threat and risk assessments.
- Support the preparation of business continuity plans, contingency plans, and disaster recovery plans.
- Develop and maintain an organizational compliance library linked to relevant regulatory and legislative requirements.
- Support the preparation and updating of the authority matrix and internal control mechanisms.
- Coordinate with departments and stakeholders, collect and analyze required data and information.
Required Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, or equivalent.
Required Professional Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in governance, risk management, compliance, or business continuity.
- Experience in developing frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Preferred experience in consulting projects for government or semi government entities.
Preferred Professional Certifications
- ISO 31000 Risk Management
- ISO 22301 Business Continuity
- Compliance Certification
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- Specialized certifications in governance, risk management, or compliance.
Required Skills
- High level analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to develop frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in managing meetings and workshops.
- Ability to collect and analyze data and prepare presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools.
