- Identify and secure government and private sector projects
- Lead and supervise project execution from initiation to completion
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities
- Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals
- Manage project teams while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery
- Monitor project costs, schedules, and overall performance
- Contribute to business development and strengthen long term client relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience within Saudi Arabia
- Proven experience in utility networks, asphalt paving, water tanks, and infrastructure projects
- Strong experience working with government entities and regulatory authorities in Saudi Arabia
- Demonstrated ability to identify, attract, and secure new business opportunities and projects
- Experience in preparing technical and financial proposals, cost estimation, and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
- Strong project management skills with ability to oversee project execution, quality, schedules, and budgets
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of Saudi engineering standards, specifications, and government procurement procedures
- PMP certification or other relevant professional certifications will be considered an advantage

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience within Saudi Arabia.
