Role Description
- The Tendering Manager at Brains Valley Company is responsible for leading the end to end tendering process for projects and services. This full time, on site role is based in Riyadh.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to assess tender requirements, develop winning strategies, and ensure timely submission of high quality proposals
- Reviewing tender documents, preparing technical and commercial proposals, managing clarifications with clients, and maintaining an organized tender pipeline
- Collaborating closely with procurement, sales, finance, and project teams to gather accurate information, optimize pricing, and mitigate risks
- Monitoring market opportunities, maintaining tender documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of tendering processes and tools
Qualifications
- Strong tender management and tender preparation skills
- Proficiency in procurement and vendor coordination
- Background in sales and business development
- Solid project management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills
- Experience with tendering in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region
- Proficiency in MS Office and tendering/procurement platforms
