Job Summary

Cryogenic & Specialty Grinding Systems

• Maintain and troubleshoot cryogenic grinding plants including liquid nitrogen systems, pipework, and low-temperature components.
• Perform mechanical maintenance on spice grinding systems (pepper, chilli, turmeric) including hammer mills, stone mills, conveyors, and gearboxes.

Cleaning & Sterilization Systems

• Ensure smooth operation of spice cleaning and sterilization lines with controlled temperature and pressure systems.
• Inspect and maintain filters, lubrication systems, and high-pressure steam/chemical fittings.

Automated Packaging Maintenance

• Troubleshoot Rovema, Doypack, and shrink-wrapping packaging machines.
• Maintain integrated glass and PET bottle lines ensuring correct filling, sealing, and labeling accuracy.
• Support both mechanical and electrical maintenance of packaging systems.

Salt Processing Operations

• Maintain salt grinding and processing equipment in high-corrosion environments.
• Support complete salt packaging lines from processing to final secondary packaging.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics
• 3–5 years of experience in FMCG, food processing, or pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills (approx. 60% electrical / 40% mechanical)
• Basic knowledge of PLCs, sensors, and SCADA systems
• Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and schematics
• Strong understanding of BRCGS, GMP, HACCP standards
• Knowledge of LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) safety procedures
• Good MS Office skills (Excel, reporting, documentation)
