Responsibilities
- Inspect project sites to identify, log, and resolve joinery snags, alignment issues, and finish defects
- Lead and schedule a mobile team of maintenance carpenters, painters, and polishers across multiple active sites
- Supervise structural repairs, hardware replacements, and surface touch ups for custom wardrobes, doors, kitchens, and wall panels
- Meet with site consultants, project managers, and clients to sign off on completed maintenance handovers
- Estimate and order required repair materials, matching veneers, specific hardware, and specialized wood coatings
- Enforce strict site safety regulations and ensure teams wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE)

Job Summary
- We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with extensive joinery and project site experience.
- You will oversee post installation maintenance, snagging, and defect rectification for high end wood installations across various live construction and handover sites.
- This role ensures all custom joinery meets elite quality standards before and after project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Defect Management: Inspect project sites to identify, log, and resolve joinery snags, alignment issues, and finish defects.
- Team Supervision: Lead and schedule a mobile team of maintenance carpenters, painters, and polishers across multiple active sites.
- Corrective Maintenance: Supervise structural repairs, hardware replacements, and surface touch ups for custom wardrobes, doors, kitchens, and wall panels.
