- Manage breakdowns and maintenance to meet internal customer requirements
- Coordinate execution of planned preventive maintenance tasks

- Conduct duties in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
- Inspect machinery regularly for safety issues
- Implement safety systems and safe practices
- Identify, plan and implement training for team development
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of shop and storage areas
- Maintain adequate inventories of tools, supplies, and parts
- Ensure compliance to organization’s safety and security standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Facilities Management Degree
- Professional Qualification in MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA) or Facility Management
- Minimum 5 year(s) working experience, 3 year(s) relevant working experience
- ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills

Job Summary
- The Maintenance Supervisor works under the general guidance and supervision of the Maintenance Engineer. This position is responsible to oversees and coordinates to workers in maintaining and repairing electrical, plumbing, ventilation and other outlet requirements to ensure continuity of operations
Job Responsibilities 1
- Manage break downs and maintenance to meet the internal customer requirement ensuring.
- Adherence to the defined safety and Quality standards.
- Coordinate the execution of planned preventive maintenance task to ensure equipment's perform as required.
- Review of the equipment deficiencies and take corrective action.
- Execute the planning and execution of the planned maintenance of all outlets equipment to ensure zero downtime of operation.
- Conduct duties in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures as specified in the manufacturer's recommendations and/or Quality System.
- Inspect regularly machinery with respect to safety issues inclusive but not restricted to ground and trip hazards, non functioning lights, broken pieces along with exposed wiring.
- Implement defined and laid down Safety systems and safe practices of work continually upgrading safety awareness and practices within the team.
- Identify, plan and implement requisite training to ensure continued development of all team members ensuring that an adequately maintained skills inventory is in place.
- Ensure to keep cleanliness at shop and storage areas as well as well stocked, organized following Company color coded program.
- Ensure to maintain adequate inventories of tools, supplies and parts to accurately repair all equipment.
- Ensure compliance to organization’s safety and security standards, procedures and policies.
Job Knowledge & Skills
- Understanding of maintenance procedures, techniques, and best practices across various systems and equipment, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building maintenance.
- Ability to diagnose issues, troubleshoot problems, and develop effective solutions to resolve maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
- Capacity to lead and supervise maintenance teams, delegate tasks, and provide guidance and support to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on time.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey instructions, provide feedback, and liaise with staff, management, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Experience and proficiency in training maintenance staff on equipment operation, safety procedures, and maintenance best practices.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and experience in developing and implementing maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and prolong equipment lifespan.
- ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Job Experience
- Minimum 5 year(s) working experience, 3 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Facilities Management Degree
- Professional Qualification in MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA) or Facility Management
