About the Role
Americana Restaurants seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to manage an in-house team and external vendors, ensuring restaurants and offices meet global MEP, general maintenance, branding, and H&S standards.

Responsibilities
- Manage response time for technicians and external vendors per SLA/KPI
- Complete and monitor PPM work orders as per SLA and compliance
- Serve as direct point of contact for Regional Operation team
- Execute yearly Capex plan end to end (Technical Reports, RFP, Execution, Reporting)
- Manage monthly and yearly OPEX budget and minimize external vendor jobs
- Support energy and sustainability initiatives (IoT, digital thermostats, solar panels)
- Manage team of technicians and external vendors, arrange training, shift planning
- Improve skills and efficiency by attending courses and using digital tech
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering field
- 5 7 years of overall restaurant maintenance background
- Strong hands on and supervisory experience on Kitchen Equipment and MEP
- Good knowledge of Qatar market regulations, malls/landlord requirements
- Good knowledge of Field Management System, MS Office, CAFM Software, IoT apps
- Good communication in English; fluency in Arabic is an advantage
- Valid Qatar driving license

Job Purpose
- The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for managing an inhouse team of technicians and external vendors to maintain Americana Restaurants, Commissaries and Head/Regional offices to global standards in MEP, General Maintenance, Branding, Compliance, Health & Safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Reactive Complaint / PPM: Manage response time for technician and external vendors as per SLA/KPI; complete and monitor PPM WO.
- Customer and Stakeholder Management: Direct POC for Operation team; available during restaurant operation hours.
- Capex and OPEX Management: Execute yearly Capex plan; manage monthly/yearly OPEX budget; minimize external vendor jobs.
- Energy and Sustainability Management: Help achieve targets with IoT projects, digital thermostats, water/gas consumption, solar panels.
- Team Management: Manage team of techs and external vendors; arrange training; shift and priority planning.
- Personal Growth: Improve skills by attending courses; use latest digital tech to manage volume of WO.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field.
Experience
- 5 7 years in overall Restaurants Maintenance background.
- Strong hands on and supervisory experience on Kitchen Equipment and MEP.
- Good knowledge of Qatar market in terms of authority regulations, malls/landlord requirements.
Skills and Abilities
- IT Skills: Good knowledge of Field Management System, MS Office, CAFM Software, IoT based apps.
- Language Skills: Good communication in English; fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid Qatar driving license.
