We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our shift maintenance operation and play a key role in keeping our manufacturing processes running safely, efficiently and reliably. You'll be a qualified engineer with a recognised Level 3 NVQ or equivalent engineering qualification and a strong electrical and/or mechanical maintenance background. You'll have experience working within a manufacturing or production environment and be confident fault-finding, prioritising workloads and making decisions in a fast-paced operational setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with a good understanding of preventative maintenance, equipment reliability and engineering health and safety requirements. Experience using a CMMS and structured problem-solving techniques such as RCA, 5 Why, PPS or 8D would be advantageous, while previous supervisory or team leader experience will help you succeed in this role.
