Role Overview
Join a leading Saudi FMCG food manufacturer producing dairy and food products for consumers across the Kingdom.
Lead and optimize maintenance operations to maximize equipment availability, minimize downtime, and maintain safe, reliable plant performance.
Drive preventive maintenance strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
- Lead and manage maintenance teams, ensuring performance and accountability.
- Oversee maintenance of production equipment, utilities, and facilities.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with Production and other departments.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs, breakdown trends, and maintenance costs.
- Drive reliability improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards.
- Prepare and present maintenance performance reports to management.
Requirements
- Experience leading maintenance operations in a dairy, food, or FMCG manufacturing environment.
- Ability to manage maintenance teams and ensure performance and accountability.
- Knowledge of HSE, GMP, HACCP, and ISO compliance requirements.
