The Maintenance Helper supports general facility and equipment maintenance at the Bradford facility, primarily on the night shift.
The role assists with routine maintenance, inspections, preventative work, cleaning, troubleshooting, and repairs to keep the facility safe, clean, reliable, and operational.
The position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and Department Manager.

Position Summary
The Maintenance Helper supports general facility and equipment maintenance at the Bradford facility, primarily on the night shift.
The role assists with routine maintenance, inspections, preventative work, cleaning, troubleshooting, and repairs to keep the facility safe, clean, reliable, and operational.
The position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and Department Manager.
Schedule and Employment
- The position is full-time.
- The schedule is Monday through Friday with a 10:00 PM start on the night shift.
- The role may require nights, weekends, overtime, and statutory holidays.
Responsibilities
- Complete facility repairs, upkeep, inspections, and minor maintenance with minimal supervision.
- Support equipment troubleshooting, repairs, preventative maintenance, and safe restarts.
- Assist skilled trades and perform basic mechanical tasks as trained and authorized.
- Support production maintenance during changeovers, startups, shutdowns, and breakdowns.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas, tools, shops, and parts storage.
- Follow drawings, manuals, procedures, instructions, and sketches.
