Responsibilities
- Supervise mechanical maintenance of compression, coating, capsule filling, granulation, blistering, and packaging lines.
- Lead root cause analysis for mechanical failures.
- Ensure effective corrective and preventive maintenance implementation.
- Coordinate planned shutdown activities.
- Lead mechanical scope for new equipment transfer, erecting, installation and commissioning.
- Manage mechanical revamping, retrofitting, upgrading, and system modifications.
- Execute major overhauls and technical improvement projects.
- Review mechanical layouts and utility integration.
- Evaluate supplier proposals and technical solutions.
- Coordinate FAT/SAT and support qualification phases.
- Develop and optimize preventive maintenance plans.
- Implement reliability centered maintenance strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- 1. Mechanical Maintenance Operations: Supervise mechanical maintenance of compression, coating, capsule filling, granulation, blistering, and packaging lines.
- Lead root cause analysis for mechanical failures.
- Ensure effective corrective and preventive maintenance implementation.
- Coordinate planned shutdown activities.
- 2. Major Tasks & Technical Project Management: Lead mechanical scope for new equipment transfer, erecting, installation and commissioning.
- Manage mechanical revamping, retrofitting, upgrading, and system modifications.
- Execute major overhauls and technical improvement projects.
- Review mechanical layouts and utility integration.
- Evaluate supplier proposals and technical solutions.
- Coordinate FAT/SAT and support qualification phases.
- Ensure alignment with production, quality, and safety standards.
- 3. Preventive & Reliability Programs: Develop and optimize preventive maintenance plans.
