- Develop, implement, and maintain Health & Safety policies, procedures, and programs
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
- Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure compliance with local HSE laws, international standards, and company requirements
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports and root cause analyses
- Deliver HSE training and awareness sessions to employees and contractors
- Monitor safety performance metrics and prepare periodic reports
- Coordinate emergency response plans and drills
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and external auditors when required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Environmental or related field)
- 3 5 years of experience in Health & Safety, preferably in pharmaceutical sector
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices
- Proven experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety audits
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent (preferred)
- IOSH Managing Safely (minimum preferred)
- OSHA certifications (preferred)

Description

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Environmental or related field).

- Proven experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety audits.
Certifications (Required / Preferred)
- NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or equivalent
- IOSH Managing Safely (minimum)
- OSHA certifications / OSHA 30 hour (preferred)
- Any additional relevant certifications are a plus

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Both Arabic & English Language.
- Excellent communication and training abilities
- Attention to detail and proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
