Maintenance and Operations Administrator

Bachelor’s Degree in field related to assignment or equivalent experience .

Five years of related maintenance management experience managing stormwater, asphalt, concrete and street cleaning infrastructure maintenance and repairs.

Valid North Carolina CDL-C Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record or ability to obtain within six months of employment.

Must complete job related and/or safety training based on assignment, such as (but not limited to) lock out/tag out, confined space entry, ladder safety, respirator and emergency evacuation training.
