We are seeking a Process Engineer II – Machining to join our Engineering team at our Coldwater, Michigan facility.
This role is responsible for developing, improving, and supporting manufacturing and machining processes for molybdenum products.
The Process Engineer will work directly with Manufacturing and Quality to improve process capability, material yield, product quality, cost, and equipment performance.
This is a hands-on engineering position that combines technical process ownership with direct shop-floor support.
The successful candidate will evaluate existing processes and equipment, troubleshoot manufacturing challenges, support quality initiatives, and identify opportunities to improve how products are manufactured.
