Machining Process Engineer

• Improved machining process capability, consistency, and reliability
• Increased material yields and reduced manufacturing waste
• Timely resolution of production and machining challenges
• Reduction in recurring quality issues and nonconforming material
• Successful implementation of new or improved manufacturing processes
• Strong collaboration between Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality
• Measurable improvements in productivity, quality, and manufacturing cost

• Bachelor's degree in Materials, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
• 4–6 years of engineering experience in a machining, metals, or similar manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of machining and manufacturing process development
• Experience with SPC and Lean Manufacturing methodologies
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP/MRP systems
• Working knowledge of SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Pro/ENGINEER, or similar engineering software
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage complex technical issues with minimal supervision
