Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support Microsoft 365 solutions for enterprise customers.
- Lead solution architecture, technical governance, and project delivery activities.
- Develop high-level and detailed solution designs and produce technical and operational documentation.
- Act as an escalation point and technical subject matter expert for operational teams.
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
