About the Role
Join Datacom's full-time Federal Government support team as a Customer Service Representative.
Serve as a friendly and professional first point of contact, helping customers access essential services and resolve problems.
Applicants may come from healthcare, customer service, hospitality, retail, or call centres, or may be new to the industry.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound enquiries through phone, email, and processing items.
- Build rapport and provide accurate, timely information.
- Resolve issues by following processes and guidelines.
- Meet customer satisfaction and service quality KPIs.
What We Are Looking For
- Clear, confident verbal and written communication.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy under time pressure.
- Team-oriented approach, empathy, and patience.
- Comfort navigating multiple computer systems with typing speed of at least 20 WPM.
- Australian citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.
- Prior customer service or contact centre experience is advantageous but not essential.
