Responsibilities
- Represent and promote luxury properties across Abu Dhabi's most exclusive communities
- Conduct bespoke property tours, lifestyle focused presentations, and high level investment consultations
- Build and manage a portfolio of HNWIs, UHNWIs, and international investors
- Provide expert advisory on pricing, ROI, capital appreciation, payment plans, and luxury market trends
- Negotiate complex offers and close high value transactions
- Maintain strong relationships with developers, landlords, and premium clients
- Ensure accurate CRM documentation and adherence to company sales processes
- Uphold exceptional standards of service, communication, and brand representation
Requirements
- Proven experience in luxury real estate sales or high end client facing roles
- Strong track record of closing high value deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's luxury communities is preferred

- Uphold exceptional standards of service, communication, and brand representation
Requirements
- Proven experience in luxury real estate sales or high end client facing roles
- Strong track record of closing high value deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build trust with discerning clients and international investors
- Professional appearance, polished communication style, and strong business acumen
- Highly motivated, target driven, and able to work independently
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, Cantonese, French, Spanish, German, etc.) are an advantage
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s luxury communities is preferred
