Key Responsibilities

  • Represent and promote luxury properties across Abu Dhabi’s most exclusive communities
  • Conduct bespoke property tours, lifestyle focused presentations, and high level investment consultations
  • Build and manage a portfolio of HNWIs, UHNWIs, and international investors
  • Provide expert advisory on pricing, ROI, capital appreciation, payment plans, and luxury market trends
  • Negotiate complex offers and close high value transactions with precision and professionalism
  • Maintain strong relationships with developers, landlords, and premium clients
  • Ensure accurate CRM documentation and adherence to company sales processes
  • Uphold exceptional standards of service, communication, and brand representation

Requirements

  • Proven experience in luxury real estate sales or high end client facing roles
  • Strong track record of closing high value deals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build trust with discerning clients and international investors
  • Professional appearance, polished communication style, and strong business acumen
  • Highly motivated, target driven, and able to work independently
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, Spanish, German, etc.) are an advantage
  • Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s luxury communities is preferred
