We are seeking an experienced and polished **Luxury Property Sales Specialist** to represent our exclusive listings and deliver a world‑class advisory experience to high‑net‑worth individuals and international investors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent and promote luxury properties to UHNW and international clients
  • Conduct private viewings, lifestyle‑driven presentations, and tailored investment consultations
  • Build and manage a portfolio of VIP clients, investors, and repeat buyers
  • Provide expert guidance on pricing, ROI, payment plans, community insights, and market trends
  • Negotiate high‑value offers and close transactions with precision, discretion, and professionalism
  • Maintain strong relationships with developers, partners, and premium clients
  • Ensure accurate CRM documentation and adherence to company sales processes
  • Deliver exceptional service aligned with luxury market expectations and brand standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience in **luxury real estate**, premium sales, or high‑end client services
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build trust with UHNW individuals and international investors
  • Professional appearance, refined etiquette, and strong business acumen
  • Highly motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, etc.) are an advantage
  • Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi luxury real estate market is preferred
