We are seeking an experienced and polished **Luxury Property Consultant** to join our elite team and represent our high‑end clients and exclusive listings.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent and promote luxury properties across Abu Dhabi’s most desirable communities.
- Build and manage a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients and investors.
- Conduct private property tours, lifestyle presentations, and investment consultations.
- Provide expert advice on pricing, market trends, ROI, and community insights.
- Negotiate high‑value offers and close transactions with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain strong relationships with developers, partners, and VIP clients.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery aligned with luxury market expectations.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow company sales processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in luxury real estate sales or high‑end client services.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trust with high‑net‑worth individuals and international clients.
- Professional appearance and strong business etiquette.
- Highly motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, Spanish) are an advantage.
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi luxury real estate market is preferred.
