Flash Sale Event Management

  • Own the end-to-end planning and execution of all OTL flash sale events across the UAE and GCC — from venue sourcing, brand coordination, and floor planning, through to post-event reconciliation and performance reporting.
  • Develop detailed event runbooks, staff briefings, and operational checklists to ensure every sale runs smoothly and on time.
  • Manage all event logistics including space layout, rack and display configuration, queue management, fitting area flow, and POS setup to optimise member experience during high-traffic sale days.
  • Coordinate directly with brand partners and official distributors on product intake, tagging, pricing alignment, and brand guideline compliance for each event.
  • Assess and optimise event operations processes, tools, and SOPs continuously; set and monitor KPIs to measure performance and service levels.
  • Assist with the ordering and coordination of installation of promotional and in-event signage in line with OTL and brand standards.
  • Evaluate each event’s performance through sell-through rates, footfall data, and member feedback; share actionable insights with the GM to improve the event model.

Member Experience & Community Growth

  • Champion an exceptional experience for OTL members at every touchpoint from pre-sale communications and event invitations to on-site service and post-sale follow-up.
  • Grow OTL’s member database in the UAE and broader GCC through targeted acquisition initiatives, referral programmes, and community-building activities.
  • Manage escalated member queries and complaints with professionalism and discretion, maintaining the trust and loyalty of OTL’s member base.
  • Gather member insights and post-event feedback to continuously improve brand selection, product mix, and event experience.

Brand Partner & Inventory Management

  • Act as the primary operational point of contact for brand partners on-site, ensuring product presentation standards and brand identity are upheld throughout each event.
  • Oversee the receipt, tagging, security, and return of consigned brand inventory, maintaining full accuracy and accountability through the event cycle.
  • Ensure POS system pricing and product data is correctly aligned with each brand partner prior to and during every event.
  • Manage detailed inventory records and ensure prompt, accurate reconciliation and reporting with brands post-event.
  • Support the commercial team in identifying new brand partnership opportunities across the GCC by providing on-the-ground market feedback.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, train, and lead a motivated retail team to deliver outstanding service and efficient operations across all flash sale events.
  • Manage rosters, seasonal staffing plans, and deployment of temporary staff around the flash sale calendar

Operations & Compliance

  • Manage all operational aspects of OTL’s pop-up event venues and temporary retail spaces across the UAE, ensuring consistent standards of presentation, safety, and security.
  • Coordinate retail operations meetings and ad hoc meetings with agenda and follow-up actions.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE retail regulations, brand NDAs and confidentiality requirements, and OTL’s sustainability commitments.
  • Maintain loss prevention standards and manage any discrepancies in product counts or member transactions.
  • Support facilities and resource management to ensure full operational readiness ahead of each flash sale event.

What It Takes

  • 5+ years of experience in retail management, with a strong background in event-based, pop-up, or multi-brand retail formats.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience planning and executing retail events or flash sales — with full ownership from logistics to reporting. Event management experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing revenue targets, sell-through analysis, and operational KPIs.
  • Fluent in English, Arabic and Russian language skills are a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with experience managing brand partners or third-party vendors.
  • Strong attention to detail across both numbers and operational processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously and work to tight event deadlines.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office.
  • Prior experience in the GCC retail market and familiarity with the UAE luxury or premium consumer landscape is a plus.
  • Pay: AED40.00 - AED60.00 per hour
