Position Overview

Role Summary

  • As Account Planning Manager at OnTheList Dubai, you are the engine behind our brand partnerships, owning the full journey from first outreach to a seamlessly executed flash sale event.
  • You will be the single point of contact between OnTheList and our brand partners, responsible for building deep, trust based relationships while driving commercial performance.
  • This role blends the precision of an event producer, the instincts of a commercial strategist, and the warmth of a true relationship manager.

WHAT WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH...

  • Brand Liaison & Relationship Management: Act as primary point of contact for assigned brand partners; identify opportunities to strengthen relationships; ensure brand partners are informed at every stage; represent OnTheList brand.
  • Brand Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify, prospect, and leverage luxury industry network to open doors with new brand partners; develop and deliver compelling pitches; negotiate commercial terms; lead seamless onboarding.
  • End to End Event Management: Own full lifecycle of every flash sale event; serve as central coordinator; oversee on site execution; conduct post event reviews.
  • Stock Analysis & Commercial Planning: Conduct detailed stock analysis per brand partner; monitor sell through rates and revenue performance; apply commercial mindset to decisions.
  • Account Retention & Growth: Conduct regular and quarterly business reviews; act as trusted advisor; monitor account health and market trends.

WHAT IT TAKES...

  • 8+ years in account management or B2B business development within luxury retail, with an established network in the UAE or GCC.
  • Proven end to end event and project management experience, with strong cross functional coordination skills.
  • Excellent negotiator, target driven, commercially minded, strategic thinker and problem solver who works autonomously.
  • Customer oriented with a growth mindset; a self starter who is highly organised, clear communicator and strong team player, able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (required); proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Calm under pressure, adaptable, solutions focused, and genuinely passionate about sustainability and luxury retail.
