  • We're looking for a dynamic, data driven, and creative Loyalty & Partnerships Specialist to help elevate our loyalty ecosystem and build meaningful partnerships that drive growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Execute and manage loyalty program operations and promotions.
  • Support loyalty mechanics, reward structures, and customer segmentation.
  • Monitor program performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to enhance loyalty features.
  • Contribute to initiatives that increase customer retention and lifetime value.
  • Launch retention, reactivation, engagement, and win back campaigns.
  • Build audience segments using customer behavior, purchase history, and loyalty data.
  • Manage automated journeys across email, SMS, push notifications, social media, and other channels.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve participation, engagement, and Average Order Value (AOV).
  • Conduct campaign QA and ensure flawless execution.
  • Identify and onboard exciting brand partners.
  • Support co marketing initiatives and loyalty collaborations.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM, loyalty, digital marketing, or campaign operations.
  • Experience within e commerce, retail, or customer focused digital platforms is highly preferred.
  • Hands on experience with loyalty and retention tools.
  • Familiarity with campaign management and automation platforms.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as GA4, Firebase, or similar platforms.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience working with dashboards and performance reporting.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of loyalty programs, customer lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies.
  • Excellent campaign execution and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
