The Role

What You’ll Do

• Conduct remote customer reviews, audits, analysis, and investigations using the Solink platform.
• Use video and data to understand business health and identify opportunities in loss prevention, risk, compliance, safety, and operations.
• Identify outliers and anomalies based on customer needs and gather relevant information from Sales and Customer Success.
• Collect, organize, document, and communicate findings to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Support corporate compliance for customers and major North American brands.
• Own customer problems through resolution, manage timelines, communicate risks, and share learnings with the team.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Deep understanding and experience in retail loss prevention or asset protection, including POS and inventory data.
• General understanding of retail and restaurant operations through customer service, loss prevention, or similar experience.
• Ability to detect patterns in data and numbers.
• Excellent written, reading, and spoken English communication.
• Organized, documentation-focused, process-driven, and able to work within timelines.
• Understanding of SaaS technology and willingness to become an expert on the Solink product.
• Proactive, customer-sensitive, collaborative, and able to own problems through resolution.
• Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire and comply with Solink security policies.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Additional French or Spanish communication skills are an asset.
• Python data analysis experience with Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, or Scikit-learn is an asset.
• Sheets or Excel experience with AppScript or macros is an asset.
