- Develop, maintain and document a training plan for security officers
- Respond to and provide assistance in security and safety related situations
- Monitor security systems including CCTV, fire protection, and access control
- Conduct routine and random patrols throughout the site
- Enforce access control procedures and issue visitor passes
- Assist in big events and festivals organized by the property
- Provide traffic, parking and pedestrian control services if needed

- 1 5 years of experience in the same field
- Good English communication skills (verbally and written)
- Pleasing personality

Overview
- Minor Hotels is an international hotel owner, operator and investor with a diverse portfolio of over 530 properties.
- Guard and protect all Hotel property, car parking’s, information, documentation, material, building, and equipment from unauthorized access, theft or sabotage.
General Duties And Responsibilities
- Guard and protect all Hotel property, car parking’s, information, documentation, material, building, and equipment from unauthorized access, theft or sabotage.
- Develop, maintain and document a training plan.
- Respond to and provide assistance to PROPERTY LOSS PREVENTION corporate security, employees, visitors and emergency response personnel.
- Collaborate with PROPERTY LOSS PREVENTION security and assist law enforcement agencies.
- Assist in the conduct of inquiries related to losses and thefts.
- Assist in big events and festivals organized by the PROPERTY.
SECURITY SYSTEMS MONITORING AND RESPONSE
- Respond to all alarm conditions.
- Monitor the fire protection system.
- Monitor building and car parks conditions and alarms systems.
- Monitor site / property security systems and infrastructure.
- Monitor the CCTV and inspect the monitors.
- Monitor the command center and issuing visitors pass.
ACCESS/EGRESS/PATROLLING
- Enforce all access control procedures.
- Enforce control Gate Pass over removal of property.
- Immediately report incidents involving unauthorized access.
- Conduct routine and random patrols throughout the sites.
- Conduct perimeter patrol using guard tour system.
- Inspect all site buildings and facilities after closing hours.
- Detect trespassers or unauthorized access.
- Hand out day passes to visitors.
- Questions and check ID.
- Monitor deliveries and suppliers.
- Admit only authorized personnel.
- Report and stop any misbehavior.
Qualifications
- With pleasing personality
- With good English communication skills (verbally and written)
- With 1 5 years of experience on the same field
