About the Role

- Actively monitor store and DC premises through regular patrols and CCTV
- Deter theft and policy violations through visible security presence
- Ensure all security equipment, including cameras and alarms, is functioning correctly
- Respond promptly to security or safety incidents
- Prepare clear and accurate daily activity logs and incident reports
- Preserve evidence and assist SLP Manager in preliminary investigations
- Conduct routine checks to ensure staff compliance with security policies
- Maintain records of security checks, audits, and incidents
- Assist in periodic inventory counts and operational audits
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any related field
- 1 2 years of experience in on ground operations, such as retail, warehousing, logistics, or similar
- High integrity and strong sense of honesty
- Basic data keeping and analysis skills
- Keen attention to detail and strong observational abilities
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods

Role Overview
- The Executives SLP (Security and Loss Prevention) at Ninja are responsible for day to day monitoring of stores and distribution centers.
- The ideal candidate is a professional with high integrity and hands on operational experience.
