- Visit construction sites, labour accommodations, workshops, and other operational locations as required.
- Capture day to day activities, work processes, project milestones, interviews, and human interest stories.
- Interact directly with workers and site teams to understand and document their experiences, backgrounds, and contributions.
- Produce high quality content with a strong storytelling and cinematic approach.
- Edit and deliver content within agreed timelines.
Requirements
- Experience in videography and video editing, with a strong storytelling and cinematic approach.
- Ability to visit construction sites, labour accommodations, workshops, and other operational locations as required.
- Flexibility with working hours, including early mornings (as early as 4:00 AM), late evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Ability to interact directly with workers and site teams to document their experiences.
- Proven ability to produce high quality content and deliver within agreed timelines.

Additional Requirements
- Due to the nature of the content, the freelancer must be flexible with working hours. Shoots may begin as early as 4:00 AM to capture workers preparing for the day and may occasionally extend into late evenings or nights depending on project requirements.
- Weekend shoots may also be required from time to time.
