Monitor and achieve KPI targets for efficiency
Update and manage scheduling databases with accuracy
Schedule and optimize the sequence of interventions to ensure efficiency and effectiveness are maintained, along with troubleshooting within geographical zones/routes.
Communicate actively with clients, clinical consultants and client service technicians regarding intervention details
Ensure interventions are completed and updated in the EMR system in a timely manner
Solve complex scheduling tasks in EMR, fill gaps for the next day dispatching orders and review interventions to minimize issues.
Escalate technical/clinical challenges to Manager
Identifies improvement opportunities to the Manager.
Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information and action them into the EMR system.
Monitor the route and status of service territory to coordinate and prioritize their schedule.
Enter data into the EMR system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information.
College completed or combination of education and experience
2 - 3 years of experience in a dispatcher/scheduler role
EMR, distribution, logistic or optimization tools is an asset
Bilingual is an asset
Excellent computer literacy with Gmail and Google Applications
