Ensures quality documentation through completion of all company documentation and forms (both digital and non-electronic) as per policy.
Maintains client confidentiality and protects Air Liquide Home Healthcare operations by keeping information confidential.
Seeks to continuously improve the operation of the branch by evaluating processes and workflow, and participating in other quality improvement activities.
Provides new staff and student instruction, supervision and evaluation when necessary.
Staff providing diagnostic sleep services (HSAT) are qualified + competent as per provincial regulatory bodies (BC-DAP + AB-CPSA).
College Certificate or Diploma in Medical Office Administration or medical background preferred.

Computer literate in Microsoft Office, ERP & Google systems with strong data entry skills and selling skills.
1-2 years of experience in general office practice
