Job Overview
- We are looking for a proactive intern to join our logistics team in Dubai. You will provide end to end administrative & operational support for daily logistics business, assist in documentation, cross team communication and special project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily business data sorting, organize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and business process documents.
- Coordinate communication between internal departments and external partners, follow up, collect feedback and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
- Offer full support for special projects and ad hoc assignments as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, graduating in 2027, all majors are welcome.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English with professional working proficiency in both languages.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office tools; basic understanding of logistics workflows is preferred.
- Detail oriented, responsible and quick to learn, with strong communication skills and team spirit.
