- Support in planning the set up of project sites ensuring sufficient availability of resources; schedule upcoming tasks and activities
- Arrange appropriate transportation to facilitate the movement of goods in compliance with project requirements
- Support in overseeing the process of receiving, dispatching, and storage of materials while managing information from point of origin to delivery and resolving any issues
- Track shipments to ensure they arrive on time and ensure complete documentation and authorization of all shipments
- Utilize inventory management systems to monitor and maintain optimum inventory levels at minimum costs
- Organize the storage and oversee the repair and maintenance of the storage facility
- Coordinate and monitor the workflow ensuring all involved in project execution perform their assigned tasks at optimal capacity
- Maintain the logistics database and prepare weekly reports related to material movements and logistics matters
- Communicate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of information while providing regular updates on tasks
- Prioritize work orders and organize tasks based on project deadlines
- Ensure compliance and conformity with all legislative safety directives and regulations, including OSHA policies and protocols
Requirements
- 3 years of extensive experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a relevant field
- Functional expertise of Logistics ERP system
- Advanced knowledge of safety regulations
- Advanced knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes

About The Role
- The Logistics Officer at HALCON coordinates and supports the overall logistics process to ensure operational efficiency, quality, and successful execution of the assigned projects.
- Responsible for implementing project activities, preparing schedules, arranging transportation, tracking shipments, optimizing resources, managing inventory, building contingency plans, and maintaining the logistics database.
Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications
- 3 years of extensive experience in logistics or supply chain management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a relevant field.
- Functional Expertise of Logistics ERP system.
- Advanced knowledge of safety regulations.
- Advanced knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.
