About the Role
Raytheon seeks a Logistics Manager for the Qatar Patriot Sustainment Program in Doha. The role oversees depot logistics operations, including warehouse management, material program management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Provide support to the in country Operation Manager and the Field Manager
- Work with all functional areas including operations management, warehouse management, material program management, material warranty management, configuration management, other business units
- Financial reporting such as earned value management, workload planning, and support to proposal efforts
- Coordinate and receive local vendor deliveries and document the material into the local logistics management system
- Plan team work assignments based on work schedules, methods, and policies
- Coordinate work with related work cells controlled by other supervisors
- Determine the number and types of employees needed to accomplish specific projects
- Redirect individual employees and resources to accomplish unanticipated work
- Implement corrective actions within their authority to resolve work problems
- Communicate with internal and external points of contact across maintenance and logistics operations
- Track internal and external inbound and outbound shipments and provide reports
- Maintain historical record documentation for Depot logistics analysis activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field and 8 12 years of related experience
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance (Secret) required prior to start date
- U.S. citizenship required
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in a fast paced work environment with ability to make sound, timely decisions
- Ability to adapt to austere and ambiguous environments; function with minimal guidance
- A minimum of 6 years of related logistics experience
- Proven skills associated to logistics analysis activities
- Experience and understanding of all functional logistics areas within a Depot facility
- Technically proficient with Microsoft Office and email

Position Overview
- The Qatar Patriot Sustainment Program provides support to a Foreign Military Sales Program in support of QEADF.
- We provide Patriot Air Defense logistical and training support.
- The Qatar Patriot Depot Logistics Manager provides support to the in country Operation Manager and the Field Manager.
What You Will Do
- Leadership support activities including planning team work assignments, coordinating work, determining staffing needs, redirecting resources, and implementing corrective actions.
- Logistics internal and external support activities including communicating with points of contact, tracking shipments, maintaining records, assisting procurement, ensuring TAV compliance, supporting root cause analysis, and supporting program logistics analysis and reporting.
- Maintain automated and manual accounting records, post receipts and turn ins, review quantities received against documents.

- Demonstrated leadership skills

- Experience working in a fast paced work environment with ability to make sound, timely decisions

Salary Range
- The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD 204,500 USD.
