About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide support to the in country Operation Manager and the Field Manager
- Plan team work assignments based on work schedules, methods, and policies
- Coordinate work with related work cells controlled by other supervisors
- Determine the number and types of employees needed to accomplish specific projects
- Redirect individual employees and resources to accomplish unanticipated work
- Implement corrective actions within their authority to resolve work problems
- Communicate with internal and external points of contact across maintenance and logistics operations
- Track internal and external inbound and outbound shipments and provide reports
- Maintain historical record documentation for Depot logistics analysis activities
- Assist and coordinate OCONUS and CONUS procurement efforts
- Ensure teams compliance with total asset visibility (TAV) addendums processes
- Support root cause and corrective actions activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field and 8 12 years of related experience
- Minimum of 6 years of related logistics experience
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance (Secret)
- U.S. citizenship required
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt to austere and ambiguous environments
- Proven skills associated to logistics analysis activities
- Experience and understanding of all functional logistics areas within a Depot facility
- Technically proficient with Microsoft Office and email

Job Overview
- Raytheon provides Patriot Air Defense logistical and training support to QEADF under the Qatar Patriot Sustainment Program.
- The Qatar Patriot Depot Logistics Manager provides support to the in country Operation Manager and the Field Manager.
What You Will Do
- Leadership support activities including planning team work assignments, coordinating work, determining staffing needs, redirecting resources, and implementing corrective actions.
- Logistics internal and external support activities including communication, tracking shipments, maintaining records, assisting procurement, ensuring TAV compliance, supporting root cause analysis, and maintaining accounting records.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in a fast paced work environment with ability to make sound decisions with limited information
- Ability to adapt to austere and ambiguous environments
- Minimum of 6 years of related logistics experience
- Proven skills associated to logistics analysis activities
- Experience and understanding of all functional logistics areas within a Depot facility
- Technically proficient with Microsoft Office and email
Qualifications We Prefer

Required Education

Salary Range
- Salary range: 107,500 USD 204,500 USD per year.

- Onsite role: Employees will work primarily onsite.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance required prior to start date.
