About the Role
Raytheon seeks a Logistics Manager for the Qatar Patriot Sustainment Program in Doha. You will lead logistics operations including warehouse management, material program management, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities
- Provide support to the in country Operation Manager and the Field Manager
- Work with all functional areas including operations management, warehouse management, material program management, material warranty management, configuration management, and other business units
- Responsible for financial reporting such as earned value management, workload planning, and support to proposal efforts
- Coordinate and receive local vendor deliveries and document material into the local logistics management system
- Plan team work assignments based on work schedules, methods, and policies
- Coordinate work with related work cells controlled by other supervisors
- Determine the number and types of employees needed to accomplish specific projects
- Redirect individual employees and resources to accomplish unanticipated work
- Implement corrective actions within their authority to resolve work problems
- Communicate with internal and external points of contact across maintenance and logistics operations
- Track internal and external inbound and outbound shipments and provide reports
- Maintain historical record documentation for Depot logistics analysis activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field and 8 12 years of related experience
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance (Secret) required prior to start date
- U.S. citizenship required
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in a fast paced work environment with ability to make sound, timely decisions with limited information
- Ability to adapt to austere and ambiguous environments; function with minimal guidance
- A minimum of 6 years of related logistics experience
- Proven skills associated to logistics analysis activities
- Experience and understanding of all functional logistics areas within a Depot facility
- Technically proficient with Microsoft Office and email

Job Overview
- The Qatar Patriot Sustainment Program provides support to a Foreign Military Sales Program in support of QEADF.
- We provide Patriot Air Defense logistical and training support.
- The Qatar Patriot Depot Logistics Manager provides support to the in country Operation Manager and the Field Manager.
What You Will Do
- Leadership support activities: Plan team work assignments; coordinate work with related work cells; determine employee needs; redirect resources; implement corrective actions.
- Logistics internal and external support activities: Communicate with internal and external points of contact; track inbound and outbound shipments; maintain historical records; assist procurement efforts; ensure compliance with TAV processes; support root cause and corrective actions; support progra

Additional Information
- Onsite role: Employees will work primarily onsite.
- Salary range: 107,500 USD 204,500 USD.
- Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short term and/or long term incentive compensation programs.
